Cut (copy) & Paste the relative item into an email and send it in. He
(they) are more than happy to take your money and you will get a proper
part for a good price in return. Send along your experience in troubles
with ordering, inc Browser ver., OS ver, and your type of connection to
the Net. This will help future transactions.
