3rd Stop light mounting question

Hi everyone
Long time ago I got a 3rd stop light from a junk yard down here
they give me the little metal pieces that hold it to the window
the thing is that i have try all kinds of glue to put it in place  but of
the failed
from mirror adhesive to epoxies  can any one give me a recomendation
