more wheels

OK, my new shocks/struts/springs will be here shortly from Potterman (all
bow before Potterman).  and next on the list is wheels and tires.  Tire
rack always has ads listed for a full set with tires (decent) for around
700 to 1000 bux for 16" (that are supposed to fit).  Could someone pass
along any special info on what to
look for and what to avoid?  For that matter, pass along what you'd
recomend for a "performance street" aplication.
