Anyone own a '97 or '98 Jetta???

hmmm . . . our (1978 & 1982) Sciroccos do not rattle or vibrate . . . 

In fact, the '82 is one of the tightest cars I've ever been in (of that
vintage).

To be fair, the '82 has all new suspension bushings all around,new ball
joints, new springs, fairly new shocks and relatively new upper strut
bearings . . .

And I do need to adjust the glass on the driver's side door (rattles when
half open), but that was my fault :)

The '78 does have a door squeak that I have not gotten around to fixing .
. .

Hey Guys:

Although slightly unrelated, I would like to know if anyone on the list
owns a newer model Jetta. The Wolfie looks sweet. If so, how is the
overall
quality? Fit and finish. Does the damn thing vibrate and rattle like our
roccos???
