fuel flow at closed throttle

I'm sorry, I accidentally just deleted a few posts. Did someone say
something about a microswitch on the t-body shutting off fuel flow at
closed throttle?? Well my t-body Never had a micro switch, and I've never
seen a CIS (not E) with a microswitch.
How does the car know the throttle was just closed?
