Re: Accelerating too fast (the finish)



Well, he originally pulled me over and didn't really tell me what he was citing
me for, except reckless driving. Then he later wrote on the ticket that he was
citing me for squealing my tires and operating my vehicle at excessive speed in
heavy traffic. I pointed out in court that my 3000lb, AWD car was hardly
capable of squealing it's tires, that I at no time exceeded 32mph, and that the
traffic wasn't heavy. Basically, the cop didn't have a leg to stand on and the
judge agreed : ) I don't actually think the judge liked the cop much, but I
could be wrong.
