Fuel pump and grounds...

    Ok, this time just a quick question.  I was chasing electrical gremlins
this morning, and need a little thought.  The output wire from my fuel pump
relay socket shows continuity to ground.  So, my question is, when the fuel
pump is off, does it ground it's power wire.  My car runs even with this
condition, so my thought was the above.  I hope I do not have a short deep
in here somewhere.  Anyway, thanks for your help.
