Actually I also live in PA and the reason he gave you a warning is because
there is not defined law in PA as of right now...I have gotten off on five
different attempts to give me "fake" tickets for violation of code (what the
tickets say). I have asked 5 times now what code I am breaking and none of
the police officers have been able to tell me what the hell they are talking
about. I have one guys badge already. I really do understand the not being
able to see thing....so I say if you are so afraid of approaching a vehicle
with this kind of protection on the windows...DON'T....not worth dyin over
is it?????? Anyways I wish the local pricks oops I mean police would stop
beating a dead dog...

I actually have three people I know who just paid the fines...one was over
$150 for a damn fake violation!
