    Well, you did not notice anything because the sensor is probably fine.
The light comes on based on mileage intervals.  It really means nothing.
Just a reminder to replace your sensor.  You can reset it by pressing in a
little button on the counter by the coolant recovery tank.

    Other than that the sensor system is very important to the running of
the car, but yours is probably fine.
