rear glass removal

Hi,

Any tips for removing the rear glass? I have an 84 donor rocco, the hatch is in
perfect shape, but the word scirocco isnt on it. My project rocco, early 84,
mfg. in Aug. 83 has "scirocco" on the glass under the spoiler. I think it
looks cool with that and would like to keep it. 

Also, how do you remove the whole hatch?
