Oil light, lights up on acceleration!

Does anyone know what's up with this? I just clean all my connections
today...  alt + battery etc....  but once i put everything back together
again....  the engine started to stumble and hesitate...  the belts
started squealing and the oil light lights up when i accelerate...  i seem
to have lost a lot of power too?

can anyone help?
