You'll also need a 30mm socket and a breaker bar to get the axle nut off.

If you try to do this yourself, get a Bentley manual too - it will pay
for itself soon enough.

and tools.   I don't know what an 86 has, butI wouldn't expect it to be
very different from my 84.   you'll need a 12 point allen socket to
disconnect the inboard side of the shaft from the tranny/driveaxle, I
forget what diameter.
