If you hook it up to both rear speakers, I think the grounds (-) would end
up connecting and the speakers wouldn't work.  Also the resistence would go
up and probably blow the head unit amp.( this happened on my home stereo)
I would recommend getting a cheap amp and a box, it will sound much better
then free air.
