PVW (Performance VW) out of England kicks ass, and often features A1's.  It
can be difficult to find in bookstores, and a US subscription is steep ($79/
year from EWA cars, www.ewacars. com).  I bit the bullet and subscribed.. 
..makes good throne-top material.
