True but at the same time, he knows exactly what is new on the car ect.
Sometimes you can buy a car that was claimed to have had X,Y,Z performed
on it and a few weeks of driving shows that it was not the case. Besides,
look at my $500 purchase 5 years ago? It still cost me more less than
half of a new car purchase AND it wouldn't come with any of the
performance mods and would cost me 800% more to insure and register.
Sounds to me somebody made a wise choice.  :)
