Just got an 84 Jetta 2dr handed down to me, and its got a few 
small problems.  Just need a few opinions,

The battery isn't charging right,
It putters (either injector seals or injectors)
and needs a few other odds and ends (anti rattle
clips, motor mounts)

Anybody know where I should start with the charging
problem?
