[8v ]starting problems

just to re-run over the obvious..

if the car turns over and over and over that means the starter is 
good right? my JH cabriolet isnt firing, guess i'll head down to it 
tomorrow morning and check for spark and fuel, just dont want to 
forget any possible parts since its an hour away. the car was going 
good all day, we stopped for dinner and it would'nt start. power is 
plenty, shows 13v on the gauge and cranks very healthy..just cranks 
forever.
