Check your shift linkages on the drivers side just below and to the left
of the airfilter and fuel injection lines. They are little short rods with
plastic cups on the end. If you are lucky it will have landed in a little
pan just below it , if not go back to where you started the "run" and go
to where you stopped , come the area for this piece. If that is the
problem and you cant find it see if you can fabricate the linkage.
