Re: stereo woes

I had a custome enclosure that used the space for 4 12's but the space is
actually not a good sound spot and you will get more noise than it is
worth....when i took my enclosure out of the hole my RTA was a whole lot
better without having to put the 12 pounds of spreadable deadbeat into my
new car.....just what ya need after putting over 300lbs of stereo equipment
in is another 12 pounds.....anyone had any problems with suspension because
of radiacal stereo? i know I have...I eat lowering and racing springs left
and right when i have my equipment in...thats why i have it so i can just
unbolt it from the frame anytime...only take me like 2 hours to remove it
all i have gotten it down to a sIence! i agree with you on the air space
tho..I have posted this several times...I used the Spare well for my amps
but I also encased them with Syon ( a new kinda gas) that actually kewls
when it is heated. I made a custome air tight Plexi cabinet that is the
exact opening of the hole suck all the air out, then fill it thru a very
teeny hole...Only problem is I have to fill the cabinet every year to keep
it kewl....(at about $150 a POP!!!)...has 3 PPI amps mounted in it and a
pyramid style configuration.....I one day will get use of a scanner so i can
get some of my older pics online for people to see....
