reverse lights

	Like many VW's i know, i have no reverse lights.  i'm getting no power at
the rear light cluster, so i assume it's the switch.  is it just a matter
of unbolting that plug that sits on the top of the tranny housing, and
bolting a new one on n'pluggin it in?  How much does a new switch cost? 
oh, and the tranny is from an 87 scirocco 16v.
