Bently help!

I need some testing istructions from anybody who had a Bently manual.
(Suprise, I dont have one!) 

What I need to test is the Frequency Valve thats mounted on the fuel
distributor. I need all the testing info available for it. (using an Ohm
meter) Im running out of things to replace and I want to test it before i
replace it. 
(82' 8V CIS)
