If I read you right, you have blown out 5 motor mounts in a short 
period of time????  Either you are really doing some offroad driving, 
or you have a bigger problem.

As a guess, I would say both your side mounts are bad, forcing all 
the torque to the front and rear mounts.  Check this out and probably 
replace all four mounts at the same time.  The side mounts need to be 
press in, so you may want a pro to do it.  

That would be my starting point to check out.  Good luck.
