JC Whitney has leather shiftboots for less than $20!  I got a red one,
and it looks great in my 'rocco.  Just keep your old shiftboot frame and
clips that hold it on, and put the new leather around it.  They have
them in a lot of colors.  Friends don't let friends buy $80 dollar shift
boots.
