scoop

Ive toyed with the ideaa of putting a scoop on my car for months now and
i think im gonna do it. I purchased a oil cooler of an audi but i dont
think its gonna work beacuse i was think, now bear with me and suppress
any chuckles at the idea of me have a genuine thought. I live on a road
that during the winter frequently drifts shut with snow and being this
far in the country you just have wait till it melts, and even then i
have plow through it and it gets packed under my chin  spoiler. Thats
exactly where i am going to put the scoop, under the bumper and recessed
a bit. So i would need a thermostat correct to keep the oil hot where it
needs to be right? Anyway i am going to split it in half if i use the
cooler and have the other half running to the airbox ala jason brunberg.
I plan to make it out of fiberglass and put a door closing it off in
case of snow or water. The door will be acuated by mean of two high
tourque R\C servos connected to a switch in the dash, how should i power
such a swtich? Any suggestions or referneces to my "strangenes" are
apprecited and duely noted.
