It should work fine.  I can't remember right now if the wiring plugs are
the same. If yours has the muti-function-display then the plugs won't
fit, if not then the left plug should fit, but probably not the right
one, which will still give you the lights and the tach.
But at least the speedo cable will fit and you can tell how fast you are
going.

I am sure some one will correct me if I am wrong.
