There are many epoxy fillers and such which could be used for this job. 
Many are flexible.. so cracking would not be a problem. I would like to 
perform this mod to my rocco also, will let all know what I find in terms 
of a cost effective approach. The Scirocco would definetly look updated a 
bit with this mod.
