I would run down the list (and from what you already found, it sounds like
she didn't care about the car anyway) of everything I could possibly find
and offer her $800 cash on-the-spot for it.  There's no telling what your
going to find when you look at it during the day.  Your already looking at
over $2,000 from what you listed (paint mostly......at least in Santa
Barbara County, CA)  Think about it......the car is trashed.....your gonna
have to pump that extra money into it just to get it looking presentably.
