Today I went and looked at it discovered that my fuel pump relay is ok. 
I'll check for ground out of the ox sensor tomorrow.  I was trying to
figure out things that might short it out and when I unhooked the starter
and turned the ignition on the fuses didn't blow...but easier things
first.
