You could try and loosen the rear tranny mount and try and get the mount to 
seat back where it was before. (The inprints of its previous location 
should be pretty evident.) Sometimes 2mm will make all the difference in 
the world!

You might want to degrease the engine?? Sometimes a grease covered engine 
will insulate the sensors and relate an inaccurate reading to a gauge or 
two, or three. Also check the connectors. Most of them are simple female 
connectors that get corroded and/or loose.
