Well all I can say is DON'T get Eibachs.  Unless they are really cheap or something.  
EVERYTHING I have ever hear or seen tells me that their lowering springs are crap!  They 
sag and don't hold up after time at all.  If you want a real drop without having the bumps 
killing your car, I'd say coil-overs are the way to go.  Not Avos though.  They leak like 
crazy and I've seen this first hand.   I saw a kids car with Eibachs and when he sat in the 
rear the wheels hit the rear arch!  Maybe try Spax springs.  Are you in England?  Good
