Sounds to me that the steering geometry is off try starting with the base tie
rod lengths from the Bently, Re align, Set camber, and be sure your rack
bushings are good. Most people do work on the steering and the steering wheel
itself is off . This is usually because the alingment is not correct throwing
the geometry off or the last fool straightened the wheel to fix this sorta
problem. Start at the basics!
