Reground or different crank with con rod journals ground so that their
centerlines are farther away from the main journals. *Shorter* rods.
(otherwise they would collide with the head on up stroke.  With different
centers and shorter rods the top of the piston will be lower in the
cylinder on the down stroke, thus more capacity.
