Just ripped the a/c from my 80, so lemme see if I can help!

NO! One is the condesor for the a/c, remove the one that has the a/c hoses
going to it.

Hmmm, I had 2 a/c lines that went into the firewall on the passenger side,
I removed those, and the little canistor attatched to those lines too,
ended uup breaking the piece that the a/c line attatched to under the
dash...

Yeah, removing the underdash components was a pain, you see the a/c has
alot of parts under the dash in that big black housing, I have a donor 79
heater/blower/housing that is going in, it's about HALF the size of the
a/c one...tip one, removing the dash is helpful, but messy, there are two
bolts holding the housing to the firewall, look for those, don't do like I
did and try and remove all those little clips that hold the two pieces of
the housing together....also, I'm switching over to manual controlled
vents, instead of the vacuum controlled ones...might be good idea to hunt
junk yard for non-ac model and remove appropriate parts.....hope this
helps john!
