To get a perfect imprint of the floor where you plan to mount the kick 
pannels, just lay down a layer or two of aluminum foil. Then apply a coat 
of resin to the foil, then swatches of fibreglass cloth, and finally another 
coat of resin. Cut your MDF and place on top of your mold in the car, 
rearange until you get good imaging. Then mark the fibreglass mold and 
trim to the MDF shape. Use fibreglass to stick the MDF to the mold. 
Voila! a sealed enclosure for youe speaker.
