I think I'm going to order some european-sized 4x6s by Infinity available in 
the current Crutchfield for <$50 per pair.  I know the company ain't what it 
used to be, but I'll bet they're a damn sight better than the 15-yr-old 
factory jobs currently filling the holes!

I've always liked Boston Acoustics, though; do they make a "euro-4x6"?

i did the Boston accoustic 4x6's in the front, and some killer kenwood
4x6's in the back, with the "liquid" supported tweeters.

i also put in a heidelberg from a later model jetta.  sounds awesome.
i'll post the details (model#s, etc...) on the kenwoods and the ba's on
wed.
