        OK,  two points, don't touch the cat, they're a 2" in- 2" out type
and do quite well.  Also it would be good to replace the rest of the
exhaust, but if you have budget constraints, replace the muffler first, the
rest of the stock exhaust is decent, not mandrel bent, but decent.
