Well put Tim.  Another thing to add is that even though this place is 
inexperienced, it's still a good place to take the car if you're 
equiped with the knowledge gotten from this list.  They're not bad 
mechanics and did a great job on my clutch.

Also, it proves that educating yourself here on the list pays off.  
If I hadn't had learned so much here (and esp from Mark & Shawn) 
these guys could have messed my Rock up and told me a lot of BS and I 
would never have known better.  This would apply to any dealer.  Just 
proves the power of (self) education :-)
