 don't.  Can a Kat really 'suck' that much horsepower away?  17 HP??

It might be due to compression.  ???

Yeah, US is 123 w/ cat, american injection, american exhaust, american intake
cam.  Switch all of them to euro and you'd have @ 140hp.
