        I would suggest the Hella 550 for the budget minded but if you have
some cash to burn get the Piaas with the dual light set up ( you know ion
fog next to the driving light.)  They are great.  
        The 959's look great but have sealing problems and blow lights quickly.
        If you put in fogs use relays!!
