Re: Stock 16v Sways <HELP>

     Ok, need some advise here.  First, this is what I've got;

     87 Scirocco 16v
Neuspeed Lowering Springs (Sitting 1.25" lower)
     Bilstein HD
     16"x7.5" TSW EVO w/Dunlop SP8000 205.45.16 with 35mm Offset
Running -1.5 degrees negative camber up front, stock rear

     EVERYTHING else STOCK. :-|

My observations/questions. (I am new to the performance scene so all
criticisms welcome). First, under semi-hard to hard cornering I
experience front wheel rub with the 16's (Outside top lip of fender).
My tuner said its no big deal, but the sound of the rubbing makes me
nervous and reserved in corners. I have already taken out the plastic
inner-fender guards against my will, and the tuner clearence one of
the lips that the fender flare attaches to. Next, the camber
adjustment has eliminated understeer, but now the car has some nevous
handling especially in the rear, and quite frankly I think it sucks in
transitions. Turn in is good however, but I think in now oversteers
too much. I had to move the car last week as I have moved, and
normally store the car over the winter. I had the stock 14x6 tire/rim
combos on it, and I swear it handled better with the 14's. Plus no
     rub.

Questions. Would a ??/28mm sway bar correct my problems with my set
up by 1) Stiffening everything up perhaps preventing sway causing the
wheel rub in corners? Thereby making my 16's acceptable. Or should I
ditch the 16's, put my inner fender guards back on and run the
     teardrops?

     What to do??????
