Well it most likely would be a pain because no G60s came without power
steering so you would have fabricate your own bracket to hold the AC in
place under the intercooler.  Why not just ditch the AC?  That sounds a bit
easier to me.  You should be able to find a G60 without AC to get the
bracket off of.  Hope this helps
