I once wondered the same thing.  (back when I was a big looser that is =)
just kiddin) and I cound out that Techtonics once sold it for over $5000. 
Want one?  I didn't think so.  :)  How do the cams work for a head with the
valves in a 5 star shape like that?  I would guess that the lobes on the
cams are just different lengths etc but it's all a bit confusing to me.  Can
someone explain this?
