Let me start off by saying anythings possible, if you have the money.

Basically, you will need to cut out almost the entire roof and weld in 
the transplant.  You will also need to transplant the roof liner, or 
cut yours somehow.

Let me just say, in my opinion, you are biting off more then wanted.  
For the cost of such a job, you can just replace the car or at least 
find a solid body and transplant your drivetrain.
