RE: Scirocco-1 Rally car???



That should work fine.  Suspension would have to be much different, of
course.  I have done essentially the same thing with a Rabbit (less the
2 liter) and it has taken a lot of abuse.  Other reinforcements are a
good idea, but there aren't as many as you might think that are
necessary.

BTW, the displacement limit is 2.4L (adjusted -- 16v = 1.2 x actual)
