  I've seen a good amount of fuel system problems here.  Since most of
the repairs involve relieving fuel system pressure and draining the
tank, does anybody have a good, practical technique?  I'm working in my
garage, and have already handled a minor  environmental disaster with
multiple containers, an oil drip pan, and kitty litter.  There has got
to be a better way to deal with it.
