That's how I does it. I bench press it out and then back in again. You
gotta be quick about getting the shaft to line up and go in the first try
or the ol' muscles get a we bit tired and the next thing you know the
tranny is sitting on your chest. (GASP!) Its probably easier to at least
use a floor jack to get it in the air. I've done it both ways. I prefer
neither. (I prefer somebody put it in for me!)
