I think it would just mess up the injector and not add that much power at all.  What 
you're saying is basically the same idea as what the Autotech power module does. 
 At full throttle it just tells the distributor to add more fuel.  Triggering it would be 
difficult too.  It would only be efficient at high RPM when fuel is really needed and 
you would need more than wiring to have it sense the exact RPM.  I thought a bit 
about this too and I've also read the Bosche FI book, which is great I might add, 
and it basically says it ain't worth it.  Who knows, though until you try it!
