Ah, so the old oil in the airbox trick eh? (Look there, and in your intake 
tubes, it is there also...) 

So, in a nutshell, what happened was you had a little oil burp up into the 
airbox, got sucked into the intake system when you were doing the high RPM's 
and it simply got burnt. At worse, it may have temporarily (in temporarily I 
mean maybe 100/sec) fouled a plug? Im not too familiar with the 16V format as 
far as stopping it, or if there is something there to prevent the oil from 
getting into the airbox. (Come on 16V owners, chime in here...) I had to 
fabricate a little gizmo and change the route of the PCV line to keep the oil 
from being dumped into my intake system. It works pretty good but I still get 
some oil in the intake system over time. it doesnt flow nearly as much as much 
as it once did, but its seemingly now stopped.
