Do it yourself!  As long as you have an extra day for problems you'll be fine.  I did mine on a 
Thursday but I had PROBLEMS!  Not because of anything I did either.  The place that 
machined my flywheel machined it down too far so the clutch wouldn't disengage with the 
trans back on.  All you need is a good breaker bar, a friend, the flywheel bolt socket, and a 
bunch of jacks.  Good luck.
