I dont have a sunroof but from your description, im thinking your 
talking about the 4 drain lines built in for the sunroof?  If its 
clogged, try running wire or something down to chase whatever has 
clogged it. Compressed air works good too, if you have that option.

Headliner adhesive. NAPA or similar outoparts stores should cary that. 
Its in a spraycan, works great!
